New Flux tools are out and I cover in-outpainting in this video. The good news is there is an FP8 model that works very well and I can even run it on my 8GB VRAM GPU. Let me know what you think in the comments of the video. I'm also working on a video for Flux Redux which is similar to IP-Adapter and after that canny and depth controlnet's to come.
Have a great weekend M&M fam!

Attention Forge and Invoke AI users!
Regarding SD3.5. I noticed on the Github page there was a PR (pull request) to implement SD3.5 and it looks like they are actively working on it. For those of you who are not familiar how PR's work, to simplify it you can see what "code" they are working on for approval and where certain things are in the process. So generally this is a good sign and we can expect SD3.5 in Forge very soon as long as there are no major set backs. Unfortunately I can't give you a timeline but I suspect it may roll out with the new updates to come or even before possibly?
Also if you use invoke ai, I read on their discord server that SD3.5 could be implemented as early as next week....again if things go well!

In case you've been hiding under a rock today.....Stable Diffusion 3.5 Large and Turbo is out! Before you say "bah Flux is better!" while that may be true SD3.5 can be trained and the license is the same as SDXL so you can expect some fine tune models to come before Flux fine tunes, not to mention lora's.
Let me know what you think in the comments of the video!

Yet another delay on the updates for Webui Forge. I get that the people behind Forge do this on their own time and it's opensource but I would rather that they stick to a date where they can execute on what they post. So now it's looking like November.
That being said, ControlNet for Flux is still very new and not really developed. I even wonder if we could run it on Forge with lower end cards?
(excerpt from Forge Github)
"The rewrite of ControlNet Integrated will (delayed again) start at about Oct 30. When this note is announced, the main targets include some diffusers formatted Flux ControlNets and some community implementation of Union ControlNets. However, this may be extended if stronger models come out after this note."
