I'll take you on a journey around Nairobi, Kenya my home city to find the best food deals and shopping tips to help you save money.
My journey to into meal planning started in 2020, my husband and I had moved into a new neighbourhood, we were expecting our first baby. Food costs in the new place was too much for us to afford. Money was tight and given that we had lost all our work due to the COVID restrictions, we had to get creative to save money. We were not good with budgeting or planning but I was ready to learn. I learned quick and found ways to store food that no one had ever taught me.
I have found ways to reduce food wastage and now my goal is to help others do the same. Join us on this journey to budget friendly, tasty and nurtitious food.
