Aikido reminds me of chess; I am forever learning something new. It's an ongoing life skill. Give a child a toy, and he will play for a day. Teach a child Aikido, and he will train for a lifetime!
The following are a collection of videos I have recorded while studying Aikido. Some were filmed as I began my learning in Tokyo, Japan, under the direction of 6th Dan Misawa Sensei Aikikai (2010-2012). From 2012-2014, I trained under the direction of 3rd Dan John Luijten Sensei Yuishinkai in Brunssum, The Netherlands. Currently, I am training taijutsu in Sasebo, Nagasaki, Japan under the direction of Matsuzaki Shihan 7th Dan Aikikai, Ogawa Shihan 6th Dan Aikikai, and Matsunaga Shihan 5th Dan Aikikai. And training weapons under the direction of 6th Dan Yamaguchi Sensei of Hasami Dojo, Hasami, Nagasaki, Japan.
