My passion is to help transform as many moms and children to be the most amazing versions of themselves, have wonderful relationships together, and to help them reach their highest potential through proven systems and methods.
I am a teacher, parent coach, biochemist, nature lover, and mama of 3 kids - I know from my scientific research (I studied mechanisms that lead to cancer) that so many things in our environment can put stress on our bodies, and I also know that by tapping into all the amazing benefits that nature has to offer, we can support our bodies in so many wonderful ways.
