Ive decided to take on a project or experiment as some people might call it. I have been depressed for a few years now and I've realized that true happiness can't be found externally. So with the help of my friends and family I'm going to document my life and road to a healthy body and mind. I'm aiming to record 10 mins of footage a day for a year. This is partly so I can remember what goes on as I have quite severe brain fog and also to help me gain confidence to be in front of a camera and get out in to the world enjoy life again! So I started at the bottom now I'm still there let's see if I can get anywhere
