Life these days can be hectic, demanding, and stressful. Many of us are aware that we owe it to ourselves to take more time for self-care, but with our busy lives it can be hard to find this time.
My intention for the future of this channel is to create a resource of techniques that anyone can dip into at any time, to give themselves 5 minutes of valuable self-care.
Over the coming weeks I am planning to upload videos focused on a variety of techniques, with the aim of covering a range of the different self-care needs that we may have across a typical day or week.
