Ayama Momma was created to reach mothers dealing with postpartum depression, anxiety, and the many trials of parenting. Let's find a moment of silence and sanity together. How can I "take time for myself" and "just breathe" when I feel like I'm drowning and constantly overwhelmed? How can I better handle managing my own needs among the chaos? We get a lot of physical support throughout pregnancy, but don't always get the mental, spiritual, and emotional support we need to be able to "do it all" afterwards. The product of that is an overwhelmed, grumpy, exhausted mom! What if there was a way to find time you didn't have? To discover more peace and compassion for yourself as well as have "enough" for others? That's what I'm learning and hoping to share in a valuable and genuine way with you. Motherhood unites us all and we need to stand by eachother with encouragement and shared wisdom. I invite you on this journey with me to transition from "survival mode" to "adventure mode." 🧭🌌🙏
