We are a London Ontario based not for profit martial art. We began over 30 years ago and have multiple schools in the province. We originated largely from Taekwondo and Aikido and have developed our own style focusing heavily on self defence.
These videos are filmed after class mainly to be used as a reference for students practicing at home.
