The Young Lawyers Conference (YLC) is comprised of members of the Virginia State Bar who are age 36 or younger, or in their first three years of law practice. The Virginia State Bar is the mandatory bar for attorneys practicing law in Virginia. The YLC functions as "a bar within a bar", focusing its efforts on the special interests and concerns of young and new lawyers.
