I teach yoga classes and share these yoga videos for you to practice yoga at home. I provide instruction and tutorial on yoga poses and postures. Many of my yoga classes are adaptive with yoga modifications. Providing an outlet for those recovering from injury to practice yoga. While filming yoga classes in travel destinations I share some of my tips and advice on travel destinations.
