My name is Itaira and I’m from the garden state known as New Jersey, home of diners and Taylor Ham/ Pork Roll. If you’re from Northern New Jersey you say Taylor Ham (like I am) and Southerners say Pork Roll (which sounds weird. Sorry South Jersey).
I’ve had passion for many things but the one thing that is consistent is food. I love everything there is to love about food in every aspect. Food is something that will never let you down and just brings everyone together, it’s a joyous thing really.
