I’ve been working at the forefront of counselling psychology for several years now and these are some of the most common themes that are brought up during sessions.
As part of my wish to share knowledge and continue helping others, I’ve dedicated this YouTube channel to educational content surrounding communicating in relationships, why we have sex and the pursuer-distancer dynamic.
I am based in Ireland, where I completed my doctorate in Counselling Psychology and run my own private practice. Previously, in the The Netherlands, where I am from, I gained experience in Social Work.
