APSE (Association for Public Service Excellence) is a non-profit local government network, working with over 250 councils throughout the UK.
At APSE we work for our members and aim to deliver help, advice, training and guidance on all frontline services. Promoting excellence in public services, we are specialists in local authority frontline services, hosting a network for providers in many vital areas. These include: waste and refuse collection, parks and environmental services, leisure, school meals, cleaning, housing and building maintenance.
