Austin Community College’s Fashion Incubator prepares aspiring designers and established entrepreneurs for success in one of our city’s most economically promising industries. Funded in part by the City of Austin, this 7,500-square-foot facility offers career-technical training, transferable credits, a residency program, leasable space, and more.
Our mission is to provide a high-quality fashion design education at an affordable rate in a real-to-industry environment with access and training on the industry’s latest technology; to support emerging fashion design businesses in their business creation, product development, small batch samples, marketing, and sales strategy; and to provide workforce education with the aim of gainful employment in partnership with the City of Austin Economic Development Department.
