I will be discussing in my videos the same subjects that I have been discussing in my blog since I first starting publishing posts in October 2008. The primary topic will be my investments. I buy common and preferred stocks, treasury bills and notes, investment grade corporate bonds which is currently my largest allocation, Tennessee Municipal bonds, CDs, mutual funds, closed end investment companies, and Canadian reset equity preferred stocks bought on the Toronto exchange. I attempt to generate a constant cash flow into my brokerage accounts consisting of dividends, interest payments and proceeds from maturing fixed coupon securities. This cash flow occurs almost on a daily basis.
In the event of a 30%+ decline in the stock market, I will start to reinvest all cash flow generated by dividend and interest payments into purchases of dividend paying stocks.
I am not a financial advisor, but simply an individual investor who has been managing my own money for the past 55 years.
