Ondubground is a family story. Two musician brothers from Tours, Paul « Art-X » and Simon « Olo », launched a musical project in 2004 with one goal: to merge styles and electronic sounds.
Largely inspired by the « french dub » of the 2000s, by the English culture of dub sound-system and bass music, ODG synthesizes these musical influences and offers on stage a performance halfway between a live electronic and instrumental .
Proactive, Ondubground produces and distributes its music by creating its own web-label in the wake of its project: Original Dub Gathering (odgprod.com). This platform is now the showcase of the best on the current scene by making available to the public hundreds of references for free download. ODGPROD is the epicenter of dub culture.
