I have been suffering with mental health issues for the past four years, and let me just tell you, it has been a crazy roller coaster. I couldn't have made it this far with out you guys, my family, my church, my friends and JESUS. I value everyone in my life. I try not to take a day for granted for we do not know which day is our last. Keep your the ones you know close and the ones you love closer. I try to share my story with those who may be going through similar struggles and or joys in their life.
