Hi, my name is Yolanda Michelle (yoMichelle). I was diagnosed with a rare autoimmune disease called "MCTD" Mixed Connective Tissue Disease In March of 2020. I am starting this channel because before I was diagnosed I had never heard of this disease. In the beginning, it was hard to find information about this disease. My channel is about how I live with a chronic illness and how Faith gives me the motivation to work hard and continue living this amazing thing called life. I am also a chihuahua mom to my one-year-old pup Chico.
