This is the playlist I use for longer walks and 5Ks. It starts with the traditional walking warm-up song "Ouverture" by La Bottine Souriante (120 bpm), then kicks off a pair of starting songs "Big Time" (116) and "Billie Jean" (117) which should get me ready for my first kick. The tempo spikes with "Wild Wild West" (139) and "Dirty Deeds (144). By this point, I should have already separated from most of the first-mile Pelaton, so I recover with three progressively slower songs - "Roam" (135), "All Over The World" (124) and "Secret Of My Success" (121). The speed picks up again with "Takin' Care Of Business" (130) and "One Thing Leads To Another" (137). After I reach this point in the playlist, I should we well past the halfway mark, so I recover again with "Photograph" (123) and "Don't Bring Me Down" (116), which is the slowest song in the setlist. The rest are each progressively faster, 120-136 and the list ends with my favorite head-down finishing song, "Missionary Man" (125).
