phaware® was founded by a group of pulmonary hypertension awareness activists. Comprised of patients, caregivers, and medical professionals, phaware is dedicated to engaging the global community. To improve the quality of life for PH patients by leveraging technology as a tool which will one day make pulmonary hypertension history.
OUR APPROACH
Given pulmonary hypertension is a rare disease often misdiagnosed, we are leveraging state-of-the-art social media hardware and software to extend knowledge of this disease beyond the traditional affinity group to create awareness and to educate.
