As a Realtor® and native to the area, I love sharing what Wilmington NC (home of the North Carolina Azalea Festival) has to offer. From the Beach communities to the Historic Downtown and everything in between. I created my channel to educate you about what life is like here from a local's perspective. I grew up in the small town of Burgaw, North Carolina (home of the North Carolina Blueberry Festival) just about 25 miles northwest of Wilmington. Wilmington was the BIG city when I was a kid and I have seen many changes to the area of the years.
