My name is Nick and I've spent 8 years in university learning Kinesiology and Chiropractic. I am a fan of outdoors adventure, mountain bike, climbing, martial arts and many more activities. Overtime, I've learned and experimented with concepts aiming at optimizing the humain body with surprisingly great results.
On this channel, you'll be able to find follow along videos of workout sessions. The goal here is to give a training buddy to those who do not have one while showing it is accessible to all. If you decide to embark on the journey, your goal should always be to control motion and improve the range of effectiveness of what you do. Go at your own pace and always make sure that you are at ease with what you are doing. If you have any worries with your capacity to perform exercises, you should seek the advice of a professional.
For the moment, this is only a side project and should be viewed as such. However, i'd love to make teaching how to move a main project someday.
