Jesus loves little children, he also wants them to love Him in return. Let that teenager in your custody know that he is not too small to love and hunger for God. He or she can start building his or her relationship with God from tender age.

Joel.2.28 - And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions.
God is raising a generation for Himself that will uphold His standards, establish His kingdom and show forth His praise. He is seeking young minds that will be groomed in the way of the Lord into giants that will stand as threat to the powers of this world.
