My love of country music kind of began as a youngster of about 12 years old. A friend of my Dad had an old reel-to-reel tape of Hank Williams songs. He'd play that tape all day long as we built a new wooden garage for my dad over the summer holiday. I didn't know why I liked them, I just did, and I've been playing and singing country music ever since. I stopped gigging many years ago, but I still like recording and singing some of these old songs now and then. For those interested, all recordings are done on an old Zoom 8 track home studio in a small uncluttered part of my garden shed. This channel was originally just a place to put the songs when I first started it some 5 years ago, but as I've added to them, it's sort of turned into a collection of classic country music songs instead.
I don't claim any rights to any of the material (unless specifically written by me), nor do I make any money from them.
