Hi everyone,
I hope you're all staying safe. Last week I wasn't feeling great and I wasn't up for filming anything, but I was excited to film a new video for you all this week. But then I, as I'm sure you did, watched the tragic death of George Floyd. His death, the video of his death, his final words, the reminder that racism is still a HUGE issue in our country, all of it, has been weighing heavy on my heart. I can't post a video this week. But I hope you take this time to educate yourself on racism in our country. It's time we stop ignoring this issue. Let's listen to those hurting. Take the time to listen to their stories and experiences. Let's take it upon ourselves to become educated on the matter. Let's do something, let's use our voices. This is not going away. If it makes you uncomfortable, good. Challenge yourself. Let's make a change because it's easier to love than it is to hate.
