Since 1988, the Heritage Classic Ballroom Championships have taken place at the historic Grove Park Inn in Asheville, North Carolina. Held in early March each year, the "Heritage" has been attended by some of the top dancers in the world, as competitors or as demonstrators, showcasing Ballroom, Latin, Smooth and Rhythm styles of dance.
