I’m a Family Reunion Photographer in Branson, Missouri. That means that I only work with large groups. Corporate Events qualifies in my book.
As a former Radio Personality and Need Director, and some who has regularly sang in front of my large church while growing up and as an adult, I’m very comfortable with public speaking and commanding a crowd, this is a very important attribute for a photographer who works with large groups. You simply cannot be a shrinking violet and do what I do.
As you will see in my slideshow videos, family Reunion Photography isn’t the most creative style. When you have a large group of people, outside in the heat of summer, often times littles who are cranky (and sometimes it's the older people who are cranky) it's important to move things along quickly. There will be no Pinteresty type of poses with couches in the middle of a field etc. By all means, do those shots if that's what you want, but not during a family reunion session.
