I’m Yanis Xavier Castillo designer, storyteller, and content creator leaving the 9-to-5 to build something of my own. Born in New York, raised in the Bronx, and shaped by Puerto Rican, Dominican, and 90s hip-hop culture, I found design after years of trying to fit into careers that weren’t me. I served in the Army, worked in federal publishing, and lived through Hurricane Maria.
Now I’m documenting the journey as I build my creative life—sharing real client projects, my branding process, and everything I’ve learned along the way. I’m a husband, a father, and someone who’s no longer waiting for permission. If you’re into branding, creativity, or following a real story in progress, you’re in the right place.
