For over 16 years, the Ohio Historical Society's award winning, live, interactive, distance learning programming has transported students through time and space to historic venues, like ice age glaciers, prehistoric Indian mounds, log cabins in early frontier land, and safe houses on the Underground Railroad. Our distance learning presentations also allow students to interact with practicing professionals and experts in many areas including the study of primary resources, archaeology, photographs, and more. These presentations are designed to have a broad appeal not just to Ohio schools, but also schools across the nation.
Advance registrations are required and may be made by scheduling your program online at www.ohiohistory.org/dl or by calling our studio at 1.800.640.7679. We ask that program reservations be made at least two weeks in advance. Other questions and issues may be addressed by emailing us at dl@ohiohistory.org.
