Safe, slow-paced instructional classes to keep you moving!
These classes are for complete beginners or perhaps those who have medical conditions that need to be taken into consideration. THESE ARE NOT BUMS AND TUMS classes!!!!
These classes specifically designed to be slow and mindful so that you can take the time to feel what is going on in your body and learn to understand how your everyday life is impacting your movement.
I'll let you know how you can adapt the exercises to make them more appropriate for you and your conditions and of course, it's all about fun and feeling great! You may even see me have a hot flush or two or moan, as sometimes I ache just as much as you!
Classes are uploaded every Monday & Thursday and you join me for Q&A Sundays where I answer questions I receive from you all!
