Growing up in rural Virginia, Cas began her songwriting journey by taking parts of familiar songs then writing her own narrative. In 2016 she moved to Nashville, TN to perfect her craft in collaboration with other Nashville musicians. Since then, the evolution of her music has developed into a passionate favoritism towards lyricism and soft, dreamy, Indie-Pop production, reminiscent of contemporaries Phoebe Bridgers, Clairo, Maggie Rogers and Gracie Abrams. Her four song debut EP is set to release March 12, 2021, following the release of her two singles ‘Old Days’ and ‘Long Sleeves’.
