R.G. Yoho is an award-winning Author, Writer, Speaker, and Historian. Along with being a Spur Award Finalist from the Western Writers of America, Yoho has published thirteen books, seven of them Westerns. The other five books were works of non-fiction and historical fiction.
A proud and active member of the WWA, Yoho is also a past president of the West Virginia Writers, Inc. In addition, he is also the biographer and the foremost authority on the life of Charles E. Lively, a notorious coal mine spy in West Virginia and Colorado in the early twentieth century.
Growing up on a cattle farm and still involved in agriculture, Yoho currently makes his home in Southeast Ohio, near the banks of the mighty Ohio River, with his wife of 41 years.
