About
āAbout Makingā is a collaborative project that explores different aspects of āmakingā in art and architecture, while carrying forward the materials and processes of traditional and modern craft in a cross-cultural and cross-disciplinary mix. The material and social process of making will be linked to contemporary architecture as an emancipatory and political process. The project will allow creative exchanges between craftspeople, architects and theorists to advance the cause of craft within contemporary Southeast Asia and establishing global connections between practitioners and scholars in this area.
