'The Guilty Party' was formed in 2010 and boasts some of Ireland’s best known professional musicians. We toured England and Ireland as Shane MacGowan’s backing band in The Shane Gang for a couple of years and our drummer and bass player were members of legendary band 'In Tua Nua', who toured around Europe as support to U2 and Simple Minds. The Guilty Party was set up as a pub and party band and we know how to get a crowd dancing and singing. Our playlist is classic and timeless and suits all ages from the young weekenders we entertain in Whelans to the older folk at the GAA clubs. We usually play as a 5 piece but can work as a 4 piece also. For festivals we often use 2 female backing singers.
