In a world full of fitness channels with 6 packs and body builders I wanted to put across the perspective of the average person. I have a belly, I love food and I enjoy a beer, but... I am starting to love training and really enjoying my fitness 'journey' (yes I know that is a cringe way to describe it).
I started this channel to keep myself accountable for my workouts but hopefully you will take something from this too!
