🏋️‍♂️ Gym Beginners: Complete Full-Body Mix Workout!

"Ready to kickstart your fitness journey? This full-body mix workout is perfect for beginners!

💪 Start with dynamic stretches to warm up, follow the workout plan, and finish with static stretches to cool down for the best results. Remember to keep the intensity below 85% for optimal muscle gains. 🚀

🔥 Warm-Up (Dynamic Stretches):
Arm Circles: 1 minute
Leg Swings (front and side): 10 swings (each leg)
Hip Circles: 10 reps per direction
Walking Lunges: 10 reps (each leg)
Jumping Jacks: 1 minute

💪 Main Workout Plan:
1️⃣ Lat Pull Down: 2 sets of 15 reps
2️⃣ Dumbbell Row: 2 sets of 15 reps (each arm)
3️⃣ Bodyweight Squat: 3 sets of 15 reps
4️⃣ Shoulder Press: 2 sets of 15 reps (use light dumbbells)
5️⃣ Cable Curl: 2 sets of 15 reps

🔥 Cool-Down (Static Stretches):

Child’s Pose: Hold for 20-30 seconds
Quad Stretch: Hold for 20-30 seconds per leg

💡 Pro Tips:
Use weights that allow you to complete all reps with good form while challenging your muscles.
