Guitar Moves is a loose anti-authoritarian music âshow & tellâ designed to inspire anyone to pick up a guitar. The episodes feature iconic artists showing what their hands do on a guitarâs strings and the joy it brings them. Guitar Moves avoids talking about gear/pedals/amps, unless absolutely necessary (J Mascis, for example). Shredding/technical excellence means nothing to Guitar Moves guests: a cheap unplugged guitar can make your life better and take you to wild places. Host/creator Matt Sweeney is a professional musician whoâs grateful to be able to help people get into playing guitar.
