how do the affirmations change things? they change things by telling your subconscious the positive words such as: "i am beautiful".
do these actually work? yes, but you have to truly believe. i've gotten many results from subliminals.
do you ever put negative affirmations in your subs? no, i do not, and i never will. i'm doing this for the well being of you guys.
do you take requests? currently, yes, but not all.
should i stay hydrated while listening to subs? yes you definitely should.
