UPDATE!: I have returned to the bay area. I am living and working in Oakland: Whole Foods on Bay and Harrison, 6am to 2pm, I'm a breakfast bar/soup bar/salad bar "runner".

I spent my 20s, 30s and late 40s living and working in the San Francisco Bay Area so my perspective and personality reflect that part of the country: Multicultural, Culturally Inclusive, Environmentally Sensitive, and Equal Rights for all people.
What I teach: I teach training methods from various traditions with Classical Serrada Escrima as my core art.
I teach thru the practice of theoretical drills, classical technique, and direct force applications for personal protection.
