I’m Dr. Allan Kalamir. A Gen-X health professional who, like many of my generation in their mid forties, was a hard working, devoted husband and father. Life seemed pretty good, until things slowly and inexplicably began to unravel. I eventually found myself divorced, in debt, estranged from my children, in deteriorating health, and ultimately with a shattered identity. I was in a very dark place. Slowly, through personal development, I rebuilt my pride and my strength. This channel and website is my attempt to help other battle weary men do the same.
In ancient Rome there was a group of citizen soldiers called the Triarii. Middle aged, respected, successful outside the army; they never surrendered in battle, but would fight on to the bitter end no matter the odds. Their loyalty and bravery often rallied others around them and turned the tide of the battle. When their backs were to the wall, the ancient Romans had a saying: "Its come to the Triarii". Welcome to the Triarius Project.
