Apologies for a long delay in the Somerset Warren Farm video. It is coming along. It’s just that we’ve had some major issues with power cuts and doctors appointments getting in the way

Having camping gear ready in the house is good practice. My partner and I had an electrical issue. This affected the sockets but not the lights. However in any power cut failure. Having camping gear around is a good idea. I think Beckie would have bitten my head off if not for me making her a bru this morning in the Jetboil Minimo. And a fully charged power bank is even more important. As the hours passed by without power. Our phones began to suffer. But with a power bank at the ready we were able to call an electrician.
As for us in our situation with the sockets out of action but the lights still working. We’ve managed to get by. So keep some camping accessories at close hand and fully charged if possible. Namely power banks, lamps and cooking equipment. Because you never know when you might need them.
Anyway time to make a quick bru before the Mrs needs another coffee haha

Final night of two at Warren Farm in Brean Somerset. Me and the Mrs (Beckie) are letting our hair down at the Beachcomber bar/restaurant which is part of the complex. Fantastic couple of days and there will be a few tears when we leave tomorrow. Camping we love it and I’m totally in love with the most wonderful human being in the form of my Mrs

Second and final full day here at Park Dean Skipsea Sands. Sadly I burnt the underside of my Jetboil Zip last night whilst cooking. Should have taken my own advice and just used it to boil water as it doesn’t have a simmer option. Ah well
