Peer 2 Peer University (we mostly just say P2PU) is a non-profit organization that facilitates learning beyond institutional walls. Our work is built on the conviction that everybody should have access to high-quality, low-cost educational opportunities in their neighborhoods, and the combination of Open Educational Resources (OER) and public institutions like libraries can challenge the hierarchy and exclusivity of traditional educational institutions.
We deliver on this conviction primarily through supporting learning circles: study groups for people who want to take online courses together at public libraries or in other community spaces.
