Update from Maile: Where I have been since I have shot these videos. I took a break from shooting In the Kitchen with Maile and opened a second restaurant which was Italian and Thai. The timing of the opening and the location made it difficult to succeed so we closed that concept and changed it to another Maile's Thai Bistro at Ward. (2017) Owning two restaurants takes a lot of my time and the restaurant business is super challenging. I am so grateful that we are still in business after all these years including being in the midst of the Corona virus epidemic. Thank you for watching.
