The purpose of the channel is to educate and teach people about the many different communities in the Sarasota County area. It is my hope to bring you as much value as possible to help you discover more about the community and local neighborhoods. Many of our residents who live in Florida came from a different state. Being from Ohio myself, I recognize the importance of gathering as much information about a place as you can before you visit there, let alone buy a home. I approach this channel with the heart of a teacher. It is my job as your realtor of choice and "YouTube" neighborhood guide to teach you as much I can before you decide on a location to live.
