I have spent the past 20 years training mainly with just bodyweight, calisthenics and minimal equipment. Getting strong pretty much anywhere, with little to no equipment or just being creative with whatever I have around me.
I am a true believer that any of us have the ability to keep fit and strong, it doesn't have to be expensive and it comes down to a mindset shift and changing our priorities.
This channel is to show you how you can also get in great shape using the techniques I have learned along the way that I know work.
I get that not everyone wants to be a GYM bro either so I will give you ways to maximise muscle growth and strength with bodyweight movements and minimal equipment.
