As a woman of color going through menopause I was surprised to find what was supposed to be a normal transition for women is anything but. And with little information about how to be a woman of color going through menopause, I decided to take all the knowledge that I incurred over a few years and share all of my experiences with you so you won't have to look long and hard for answers, that's what I'm here for, to bring you the knowledge you'll seek when you begin menopause or if you're currently transitioning and no one else has answers for you.
