George Morgan aka The Beach’s first steps found him working his way around London’s open mic circuit, armed with an acoustic guitar and influenced heavily by the work of Ben Howard. During this time, he shot a low-budget music video that ended up going viral on YouTube (ironically that video is not currently available) resulting in landing the number 3 spot on iTunes singer/songwriter chart and soon after a record deal with RCA.
He started regularly releasing music and soon found himself on the road with the likes of Tom Odell, Rag’n’Bone Man, and Kodaline.
