www.agingevolution.com - I’m Evelyn Flaharty Owner and Founding member of Aging Evolution.
I am 66 years old retired business executive turned fitness enthusiasts. My fitness journey started in my mid-fifties after I was diagnosed with Thyroid Cancer. My diagnosis and fear of the unknown motivated me to take total charge of my health. I joined a gym and began lifting weights with the intent to compete. Little did I know this would turn into my passion.
I competed in several bodybuilding competitions and I'm proud that I have placed in every regional competition prior to earning my IFBB Pro card in Figure. I now compete at the Pro level and took home a medal at my Pro Debut.
My intent is to inspire others to believe in themselves and to achieve their goals. Find something you love and do it to the best of your ability.
