Nine months after my second pregnancy, I still looked 5 months pregnant. I was diagnosed with a 4-finger diastasis recti gap. After healing my gap and abdominal bulge, I studied to become a pregnancy and postpartum core exercise specialist (PCES) to help moms to do the same.
