My name is Vika and I love and live sport every day. No matter whether CrossFit, Calisthenics, Yoga, Weightlifting, Swimming, Gymnastics, no matter what... For me, sport is creative physical expression. I would like to share my enthusiasm with you here. It's important to me to make the workouts varied and fun. You won't find the three thousandth HIIT Abs workout here. Instead, I try to combine influences from different sports and put them together to create cool workouts.
I have a well-founded background including Medical Fitness Coach, Mobility Coach, Cancer Post-Treatment Fitness Coach and more and worked over the last years as a CrossFit Coach. With this knowledge, I want to create content for you that will help you build lifelong fitness.
